- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, payments, and general queries.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues as per SOPs and follow up for closure.
- Maintain accurate logs and adhere to process quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (preferably in E-commerce/Customer Support).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
- Immediate availability preferred.
