- Handle customer queries and provide timely support through WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, orders and basic after-sales support.
- Create and manage simple content for Instagram, especially reels and stories.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest content ideas.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer communication and content posting.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
- Creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
