Ninepipe Global Capability Center Services
Bengaluru
Company Description Ninepipe Global Capability Center Services builds AI-native Nano GCCs for global companies seeking speed, capability, and ownership without the complexity of traditional offshore models. The organization partners with venture-backed startups, scale-ups, and enterprises to create lean, high-performance Global Capability Centers in India, focused on AI, automation, and top-tier talent.
Its Nano GCC model integrates engineering, product, data, AI, cybersecurity, and business operations into agile teams that deliver measurable outcomes. Ninepipe provides an end-to-end platform covering talent acquisition, infrastructure, compliance, operations, and scaling to help companies build and grow strategic capability hubs. The mission is to enable world-class companies to develop world-class capabilities that are AI-native, lean by design, and built for outcomes.
About the Role
Ninepipe is hiring a Customer Success Operations Analyst to power the backend of a client engagement with a US-based enterprise SaaS company. A Ninepipe-side US rep owns the customer relationship — calls, QBR delivery, stakeholder management, negotiation. You will be the engine room behind that rep: building the plans, prepping the decks, tracking the data, and turning customer signals into the insight the US rep uses to lead the conversation.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Mutual Success Plans that tie the platform strategy to each customer's business objectives, for the US rep to walk customers through
- Track trends in customer usage/health data across the book; flag risk and expansion signals proactively
- Prepare QBR decks that lead with insight and the "so what," not just raw data — the US rep presents,
you build the narrative
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene across leads, contacts, opportunities, and reporting for the assigned book of business
- Draft follow-up summaries, meeting prep briefs, and account documentation the US rep uses ahead of and after customer calls
- Monitor for unusual trends in account data and anticipate the follow-up questions a customer is likely to ask
- Partner closely (async) with the Ninepipe US rep and the client's internal teams to keep account context current
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a Customer Success Operations, RevOps, or CS/Sales Analyst role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM (leads, contacts, opportunities, reporting); admin-level experience a solid plus
- Strong written English — you'll be drafting materials a US-based rep uses directly with enterprise customers, so clarity and polish matter even though you won't be on the calls
- Sharp analytical instincts — comfortable spotting a trend in a spreadsheet or dashboard and stating plainly what it means
- Structured, self-directed working style — this is an async role with limited real-time oversight, so you need to manage your own priorities against a shared calendar of QBRs and account milestones
- Comfortable in technical/data conversations (APIs, integrations, reporting logic) without needing to be an engineer
Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting a US-headquartered company, agency, or GCC/delivery pod remotely
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, or similar)
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Comfortable with dashboarding/BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Sheets/Excel at an advanced level)
