Role Description The Area Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and presenting suitable property options based on their requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property site visits, explaining project features, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through the booking and documentation process.

Executive will maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up on inquiries,



and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Client relationship management and communication skills, including clear, professional spoken and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property types, and local Pune City geography.
- Ability to conduct effective property presentations and site visits, with a focus on customer experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Proven ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, financial services, or related fields is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
