The Customer Service Representative will handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, provide accurate information, and resolve customer queries professionally. The role involves delivering a high-quality customer service experience, maintaining a customer-focused approach, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree such as B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply




- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work mandatory night shifts
