About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources management is required, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy development. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A strategic mindset and problem-solving skills are also critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Design and oversee performance management systems to foster employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining updated HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.




- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a respectful and equitable work environment.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging HR trends to continuously improve HR functions.
