Media Relations & Outreach

Identify relevant media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders for client mandates.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with media contacts.

Assist in media outreach for press releases, interviews, features, and story placements.
n
Track media opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
n

Content Development & Documentation

n

n
Support in creating client presentations and internal documents.
n
Ensure all communication materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand messaging.
n
Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, reports, agendas, and other communication materials.
n

Client Servicing & Execution

n

n
Support day-to-day management of client accounts and deliverables.
n
Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, events, and communication plans.
n
Ensure timelines are met and deliverables are executed efficiently.
n
Assist in managing client requests and maintaining smooth communication.

Campaign Coordination & Reporting

n

n
Monitor campaign performance and maintain coverage trackers.
n
Prepare media monitoring reports, campaign summaries, and competitive analysis reports.
n
Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, launches, media events, and activations.

Industry Awareness & Career development

n

n
Proactively identify relevant opportunities for clients.
n
Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment.
n
Stay updated on media trends, industry news, and client sectors.

3+ years of experience in PR, communications, media relations, or a similar role.
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in the PR industry.
