Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.

Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
n
Maintain regular client communication , manage expectations, and ensure solid client relationships.
n
Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.
n
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to skilled and firm standards.

Requirements
n
n
CA / CPA qualified
n
5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurance
n
Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experience
n
Solid experience working with Financial Services clients , particularly:
n
Broker Dealers
n
Private Equity / Venture Capital
n
Hedge Funds
n
Funds of Funds
n
Strong analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.
