About the ProjectProsoma is scaling. As we grow, we want to build a solid,



consistent project management backbone across the entire organisation — spanning every layer from leadership to operations (roughly 25 people at each layer) and across our four core functions: Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology.

We are looking for a seasoned project management consultant to design and embed this structure working directly with out group CEO. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up assignment: you will define the standards, rules and routines that will keep a fast-growing, cross-market company aligned and efficient.

What You'll Do
- Assess our current ways of working across Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology, and identify gaps, overlaps and bottlenecks.
- Design a company-wide project management framework that works consistently across every organisational layer, from management to operations.
