Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relations Executive to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Communication:
- Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat to address inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and empathetically, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships .Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.



Maintain accurate customer records and use MS Excel and software tools effectively to track interactions and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software applications

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
