Job Summary

Prinith Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for our Inbound US Voice Process in Chandigarh.

The selected candidate will handle inbound calls from customers in the United States, provide excellent customer service, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to sell and upsell products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls from US customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify sales and upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and work toward closing sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, offers, and processes.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while handling customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Master’s degree preferred.
- Age: 21 years and above.
- Communication:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, BPO, or international voice process is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

Mandatory Documents Candidates must have the following documents available:
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- All Semester Mark Sheets / DMCs – 1st Semester to Final Semester
- Graduation documents, wherever applicable

Note: Availability of all semester marksheets/DMCs is mandatory.
