- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with integration of EDI solutions into existing enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data exchange.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within EDI frameworks.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software products.
