As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client requirements, write and test code to ensure quality and performance, and engage in ongoing maintenance and enhancement of software applications. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that applications meet client expectations and operate efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate existing software to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Experience with functional programming concepts and paradigms.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning of applications.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scala.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
