Job Overview

Accurex is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator & Customer Relationship Executive to support sales operations while strengthening client relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, while delivering excellent service and driving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will contribute to sales growth and customer retention through efficient coordination, timely follow-ups, and proactive relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

· Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients or customers.

· Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

· Understanding customer needs and offering solutions or services to meet those needs.

· Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.





· Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.

· Keeping accurate records of interactions with customers.

· Timely follow-up for due payments from distributors.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.

· Organize and support sales meetings, events, and activities.

· Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis.

· Calculate and manage sales team travel expenses and incentives.

· Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
