The Credit Control Executive is responsible for managing customer credit, ensuring timely collections, minimizing bad debts, maintaining healthy debtor ageing, and supporting the sales team by balancing business growth with financial risk.

## Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer outstanding balances and debtor ageing reports.
- Follow up with distributors, super stockists, retailers, and corporate customers for timely payments.
- Maintain customer credit limits and recommend revisions based on payment history.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Logistics to resolve payment-related disputes.
- Release or hold orders based on approved credit policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of post-dated cheques, bank transfers, and payment commitments.
- Escalate overdue accounts and recommend legal or recovery actions where required.
- Ensure adherence to Birra Fragrances' credit policy and internal financial controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2-5 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections (FMCG experience preferred).
- Robust knowledge of GST invoicing, receivables, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
