ResearchAyu is a research-driven healthcare organisation focused on developing evidence-based solutions for complex and chronic health conditions.

We are looking for a Creative Lead / Creative Head to lead creative strategy, campaign development, copywriting, scripting and performance creative for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative strategy, concepts and campaign development across digital, social, video and offline.
- Translate customer insights, market research and business objectives into creative ideas.
- Develop creative territories, messaging frameworks, campaign platforms and brand communication.
- Write and oversee advertising copy, video scripts, hooks, narratives and CTAs.
- Create communication for performance ads, UGC, influencer/doctor content, patient stories and social media.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to develop and optimise performance creatives.
- Own the creative process from concept → script → execution → final output.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, production teams, agencies and other creative partners.
- Mentor creative team members and build efficient creative processes.
- Use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, content creation and experimentation.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in advertising, creative strategy, copywriting, content or brand communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, campaigns, copywriting and/or scriptwriting.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, positioning, messaging and advertising.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
- Experience leading or mentoring creative teams is preferred.
- Healthcare,



wellness, D2C, consumer brand or startup experience is a plus.
- Hindi/Hinglish copywriting experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI creative and production tools is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share work demonstrating creative thinking, advertising campaigns, concepts, copywriting and/or scripts.
