You need to know the fandom.

MemeChat is looking for someone with deep knowledge of Telugu cinema and South film internet culture to build campaigns around major film releases.

Someone who knows the stars, the fan wars, the dialogues, the edits, the interview clips, the memes, and most importantly, what the fandom will actually react to.

What you’ll do• Build meme campaigns for Telugu and South Indian film releases

- Develop zones, formats, dialogue banks, edit hooks and fan-page angles
- Act as the team's reference point for South film culture
- Create content in Telugu + Hinglish/English

• Map fan pages, communities and edit creators

• Identify fandom sensitivities and content that could backfire

• Track real-time audience reaction and adapt campaigns accordingly





What we’re looking for• 2–4 years in content, social, meme marketing or entertainment media

- Or credible experience running a South film fan page/edit account
- Deep Telugu/South cinema knowledge — filmographies, stars, fandoms, meme culture and current discourse
- Fluent Telugu — reading & writing required

• Active understanding of Telugu film internet: X, Instagram, YouTube and fan-page culture

• Ability to build campaign structures, not just provide film trivia

Nice to have: Existing relationships with South film fan pages/edit creators + theatrical release campaign experience + editing skills.
