Additional Skills Required

2. Responsible for lead follow-ups and converting inquiries into walk-in admissions.
3. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions.

Build a relationship of trust, empathy, and respect with aspirants.
6. Listen actively to students concerns and guide them toward clarity and confidence.
7. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Civil Services Examination pattern and preparation strategy.
