Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a young, dynamic and commercially oriented finance professional to join us as Assistant Manager Costing & Business Finance.

The role will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of product economics and end-to-end costs, with a strong focus on product costing, profitability, MIS, budgeting and P&L; performance.

Since our pricing largely follows a Cost + Model, the role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate costing, identifying cost gaps and providing actionable insights to support business and pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate should be confident, analytical and eager to understand the business beyond numbers.

Preferred candidate profile

CMA with 5+ years of relevant experience

CA with 2+ years of relevant experience

- Young, dynamic and energetic,



with a solid willingness to learn.

- Commercially oriented and interested in understanding how the business actually makes money.
- Confident in interacting with Sales, Factory and other business stakeholders.
- Strong in numbers but equally comfortable understanding business operations.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable challenging cost assumptions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Capable of moving beyond reporting to provide actionable business insights.
