Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will design, implement, and oversee CSR strategies and programs that align with IHIRM’s mission and values. This full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division involves coordinating CSR initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and monitoring project outcomes to ensure measurable social and environmental impact. The CSR Manager will collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR practices into training programs, employee engagement activities, and community partnerships.

Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing reports and presentations, engaging external partners, organizing events and campaigns, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge and experience in designing and executing CSR initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to assess impact, interpret data, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to engage stakeholders,



prepare clear reports, and deliver presentations.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track multiple CSR projects and programs.
- Candidates should possess Employee Engagement skills to foster participation, awareness, and commitment to CSR activities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in healthcare, insurance, or risk management sectors; familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks; ability to collaborate across diverse teams; and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, management, sustainability, or a related field.

KPI:

The candidate will have measurable targets such as:

- Number of potential CSR donors identified
- Number of qualified donor meetings
- Number of proposals submitted
- Proposal-to-meeting conversion
- Meeting-to-funding conversion
- Total CSR funding generated
- Number of active CSR partnerships
- Repeat CSR funding
- Timely submission of utilisation/impact reports
