Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics to students from elementary/middle school through Grade 10 .
n
Follow and adapt lessons according to the US or relevant international curriculum .
n
Conduct engaging and interactive one-on-one or small-group online classes.
n
Explain mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples, visual aids, and problem-solving techniques.
n
Identify students' learning gaps and develop personalized learning plans.
n
Support students with homework, assignments, worksheets, and exam preparation.
n
Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, assessments, and other learning materials.
n
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
n
Help students develop problem-solving, logical reasoning, analytical, and critical-thinking skills .
n
Adapt teaching strategies according to different learning styles, abilities, and academic levels.
n




Maintain regular communication regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
n
Use online teaching tools such as digital whiteboards, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
n
Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning setting.
n
Where applicable, prepare students for standardized or competitive mathematics examinations.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.
n
Solid command of Mathematics up to Grade 10 level.
n
2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience preferred.
n
Experience teaching students following the US curriculum or international curricula .
n
Excellent spoken and written English.
n
