Routine

Hyperion administrative tasks and coordinate for compliance/audit related activities 3. Weekly/Monthly Hyperion maintenance activities such as scheduled service restarts, health checks, sanity checks , etc.

- Support for Hyperion minor in-place version upgrades(ex : v11.2.20 to 11.2.23) 5. Analysis of HFM logs, services, tuning of HFM server related parameters for troubleshooting admin issues. LTM will coordinate with the database and infrastructure teams to resolve these issues 6. LTM HFM team will co ordinate with database team for DBA related activities such as DB patching,



performance tuning and other related maintenance activities so that HFM team can validate HFM application services and modules following database changes.
- LTM HFM team will co ordinate with infrastructure team for activities such as OS patching, weekly server reboots, and related maintenance activities so that HFM team can validate HFM application services and modules following infrastructure changes.
- LCM (Life Cycle Management) utility related activities and HFM Task flow configuration/support.
- Proactive monitoring ,incident resolution, troubleshooting and admin support for all HFM components and critical services to keep the applications available for users. 10.Coordinate HFM application and data backup/restore activities ,restore backup and validate HFM services and application availability after restoration
