Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Bengaluru.

The Content

Creator will develop transparent, engaging content for digital channels such as websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns to communicate Sulopa’s services, values, and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities include planning content topics, collaborating with engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into accessible narratives, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. The role also involves creating visual or multimedia assets in coordination with designers,



optimizing content based on performance metrics, and ensuring content aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.

The Content

Creator will participate in regular content reviews, manage deadlines, and contribute ideas for new content formats and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content writing, web content development, and storytelling for digital audiences.
- Ability to translate technical and software engineering concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Experience with social media content creation, basic digital marketing practices, and campaign support.
- Familiarity with content planning, editorial calendars, and collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with attention to detail and consistency in tone.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bengaluru.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a technology or software company, and basic understanding of industry trends, is an advantage.
