Role Description This is a full-time Content Creator role based in Ludhiana, structured as a hybrid position with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Content Creator develops and executes content ideas that communicate Ayurvedic wellness concepts across digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Daily responsibilities include researching Ayurvedic topics, planning content calendars, writing posts, articles, product descriptions, and scripts, and collaborating with designers to produce visual and video content.

Creator is expected to adapt content for various platforms, optimize messaging for brand consistency, and monitor engagement to refine future content.



The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to ensure content supports campaign goals, product launches, and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications

- BAMS student or BAMS graduate can apply will be favourable for us.

- Solid skills in content writing and storytelling, with the ability to explain wellness and Ayurvedic concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

- Experience creating digital content for social media, websites, and email, including posts, long-form articles, and basic scripts or short-form videos.

- Ability to research health, wellness, and Ayurvedic topics, fact-check information, and translate insights into engaging, accurate content.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, such as audience targeting, brand voice, and engagement metrics.

- Comfort working with creative tools and collaborating with designers or video editors (e.g., for visuals, reels, or short educational videos).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in grammar, tone, and style.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing deadlines and multiple content projects.

- Interest in or familiarity with Ayurveda, herbal wellness, or holistic health; prior experience in wellness or consumer brands is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Ayurveda, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
