About Impact Water

Impact Water is a young, fast-growing sustainable hydration brand on a mission to make everyday hydration better for people and the planet.

We’re looking for someone who can become one of the faces of Impact Water and help us build a strong, recognisable content presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

The Role

This is a highly creative, hands-on role for someone who loves being on camera, understands social media and knows how to create content that people actually want to watch.

You will work closely with the founders and marketing team to conceptualise, shoot and execute content for Impact Water.

What You'll Do

- Be one of the on-camera faces of Impact Water
- Conceptualise and create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, stories and other social content
- Participate in regular content shoots
- Work with the team to develop creative concepts, scripts and content ideas
- Present Impact Water in a natural, engaging and authentic way on camera
- Help build the brand's voice, personality and social media presence
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and editors when required
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats and content styles
- Create content around Impact Water's products, sustainability, customers, events and brand story
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars
- Analyse content performance and use learnings to improve future content

Who We're Looking For





- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
- Strong communication skills
- Naturally energetic, expressive and engaging
- Understands Instagram, Reels and short-form content
- Has a good sense of what's interesting, relatable and shareable
- Creative and willing to experiment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do at every step

You don't need to be a professional content creator.

If you have a strong personality, are comfortable on camera and genuinely enjoy creating content, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation

₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
