About the Role

We’re looking for a Consulting Psychologist to help us build Ampathe with the right psychological foundation.

You’ll work closely with our team to make sure the companion experience, conversations, content, and safety processes are guided by sound psychological principles.

What You'll Do

- Guide Ampathe on psychological and mental wellness best practices.
- Help create and review companion training and conversation guidelines.
- Advise on user safety, emotional support, and escalation processes.
- Review mental wellness content and product experiences.
- Help us create a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free environment.
- Work closely with the product and founding team as Ampathe evolves.





What We're Looking For

- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in psychology, counseling, or mental wellness.
- Solid understanding of emotional well-being and supportive communication.
- Good understanding of mental health safety and appropriate escalation.
- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills.
- Empathy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in human connection.
- Experience with digital mental wellness or technology platforms is a plus.
