Position: Consultant – Nephrology

Qualification: DM – Nephrology

Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-DM experience

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive consultation and clinical management for patients with renal and related disorders.
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.
- Manage complex nephrology cases, including AKI, CKD, electrolyte disorders, and hypertensive renal disease.
- Conduct OPD consultations and manage admitted patients.
- Perform and supervise dialysis-related clinical management as per hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with critical care, internal medicine, urology, cardiology, and other specialties for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Evaluate patients requiring renal replacement therapy and guide appropriate treatment.
- Provide clinical guidance to junior doctors and residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation,



and treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical rounds and ensure timely patient management.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, patient-safety standards, and NABH guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of skilled ethics and patient care.

Candidate Profile
- DM in Nephrology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-DM experience as a Nephrologist.
- Strong clinical expertise in managing renal and kidney-related disorders.
- Experience in dialysis and management of critically ill renal patients will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates from reputed multispecialty/super-specialty hospitals will be preferred.
