Role Description This is a full time, on-site Computer Operator role based in Gurugram.
The Computer
Operator will manage daily computer operations, including data entry, record updating, and maintaining digital files related to student and community development programs.
Responsibilities include handling back office tasks, preparing reports, assisting with documentation for the Digital Student I-Card and other initiatives,
and ensuring accurate and timely information processing. The role involves basic troubleshooting of computer systems, coordination with program teams to support operational workflows, and adherence to data security and confidentiality standards.
The Computer
Operator will also communicate with internal stakeholders to support smooth office operations and contribute to the organisation’s mission through reliable and efficient technical support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Computer Operations and Back Office Operations skills to manage daily data and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy and Typing skills to handle data entry, digital records, and routine system usage with accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, share updates, and support program implementation.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Minimum educational qualification of a higher secondary diploma; a diploma or certification in computer applications or office management is preferred.
- Prior experience in computer or back office operations, especially in NGOs, educational, or social development settings, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain confidentiality of records, and align with the organisation’s values
