Role Description This is a full-time Computer Aided Design (CAD) Manager role based in Lucknow, structured as a hybrid position that allows some work from home. The CAD Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of CAD standards across projects to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating BIM and CAD workflows, and supporting project teams with accurate design documentation.

The role involves collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and models,



while resolving design and documentation issues. The CAD Manager will also train and mentor CAD staff, monitor project timelines related to design documentation, and support continuous improvement of digital design practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to establish and maintain CAD Standards and ensure adherence across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and workflows for interior and construction projects.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms and integration with CAD processes.
- Strong expertise in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and oversee design documentation activities for multiple concurrent projects.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and file management practices.
- Solid understanding of interior fitout, architectural detailing, and construction methods, preferably in high-end commercial or residential projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing CAD or design documentation teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related technical field.
