Responsibilities
- Youll proactively partner with stakeholders to develop, manage, and maintain digital content across CMS platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency at every stage.
- Youll lead the creation and management of pages supporting product, feature, and campaign launches.
- Youll establish, advocate for, and enforce content standards and best practices across CMS platforms.

- Youll analyse test results and convert insights into actionable recommendations, effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders across locations.
- Youll lead UAT and QA processes to ensure accurate, high-performing, and compliant digital experiences across web and app touchpoints.
- Youll validate content, functionality, device responsiveness, and WCAG compliance across partner and owned digital properties.
- Youll coordinate QA activities across distributed teams to ensure comprehensive testing and smooth go-live execution.
- Youll act as the subject-matter expert on ZCMs CMS, optimisation toolset, and digital platforms, providing first-level support to the Rapid Learning Lab team globally.
- Youll document requirements for CMS component enhancements and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Youll demonstrate strong asynchronous communication practices,
keeping remote and onshore stakeholders informed, engaged, and unblocked between scheduled touchpoints.
- Youll work closely with Content, UX Design, Engineering, and broader business teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital outcomes.
- Youll align Rapid Learning Lab and travel partner requirements to maximise technology capabilities, optimise user experiences, and drive sales performance.
- Youll write and debug CSS to create high-quality web experiences, including resolving specificity and cascade conflicts, leveraging CSS custom properties, and translating design mockups into responsive, production-ready web pages.
- Youll apply up-to-date CSS layout techniques, including Flexbox and CSS Grid, to build responsive interfaces that provide an optimal experience across devices and screen sizes.
- Youll use browser Developer Tools to inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve styling, layout, and markup issues in live environments.
- Youll utilise vanilla JavaScript for DOM manipulation, including element selection, content updates, class management, and basic interactive functionality.
- Youll create, update, and manage website content using Web Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring accurate and engaging digital experiences.
- Youll build and manage A/B and multivariate tests on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites using Adobe Target and similar experimentation platforms to optimise user experience and business outcomes.
- Youll apply front-end development skills to implement, customise, and support website enhancements, experiments, and digital initiatives.
- Youll maintain a strong understanding of website architecture, functionality, and best practices to support effective digital delivery.
- Youll ensure websites meet WCAG and ADA accessibility standards by identifying, addressing, and preventing common accessibility issues.
- Youll apply SEO best practices, ensuring websites are optimised for search engine visibility, performance, and discoverability.
- Youll design and develop responsive web experiences that follow industry best practices and deliver consistent functionality across a range of devices and screen sizes.
- Youll implement and validate web analytics and advertising tracking tags using tools such as Adobe Analytics,
Google Analytics, and related marketing technologies to support measurement and optimisation activities.
- Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tracking, experimentation, accessibility, SEO, and front-end development requirements are effectively delivered and maintained.
Qualifications
- Youll bring a bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Youll have 18 months or more of hands-on, business-side experience managing content within a CMS for a public-facing website.
- Youll demonstrate experience working within offshore, distributed, or globally dispersed teams, successfully managing deliverables and communications across multiple time zones.
- Youll have hands-on experience with one or more enterprise CMS platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Tridion, or Ektron.
- Youll possess experience using multivariate and A/B testing tools and methodologies, including platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar solutions.
- Youll have a solid technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and web publishing principles.
- Youll demonstrate a strong understanding of content optimisation, technical SEO principles, and digital best practices.
- Youll have proven experience creating and managing web pages designed for a global audience.
- Youll possess strong knowledge of responsive design, device and browser compatibility, and WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
- Youll have experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes for digital products.
- Youll stand out with experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Youll bring knowledge of additional Adobe Digital Marketing tools, such as Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Youll have familiarity with digital environments within the travel or insurance industries.
- Youll have exposure to analytics and reporting tools that support optimisation and test performance analysis.
- Youll be exceptionally detail-oriented, with outstanding proofreading skills and a commitment to content accuracy and test quality.
- Youll be a clear and proactive communicator who keeps remote and onshore stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
