Role Description The Companion Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for directly supporting clients through their healthcare journeys. In this role, the Companion Executive accompanies patients and senior citizens to hospitals, doctor consultations, and diagnostic centers, ensuring they understand procedures, feel comfortable, and reach appointments safely and on time. The role includes coordinating transportation with Eloro vehicles, assisting with registration and documentation, collecting and managing medical reports, and providing explicit updates to family members using Eloro’s technology tools.





The Companion

Executive also monitors schedules, follows safety protocols, and maintains accurate visit summaries to support transparent communication. This position requires consistent in-person interaction, professional conduct, and a compassionate approach to individuals who may be vulnerable or in need of reassurance.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills to support patients, elderly individuals, and families with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and handle documentation and medical report collection with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using smartphones and basic digital tools for GPS tracking, live updates, and maintaining visit records.
- Capacity to work in office across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and homes in Kochi, including reliable time management and professional appearance.
- Fluency in local languages (such as Malayalam) and good command of English or Hindi to interact with diverse clients and healthcare staff.
- Prior experience in patient support, healthcare coordination, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
- High standards of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness, with a strong commitment to safety and confidentiality.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in healthcare, social work, or allied fields is preferred.
