Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Rajarhat.

The Commission Sales

Associate will actively engage customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that reflect Clothology Global®’s quality and brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, explaining product features and pricing, handling inquiries, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are appealing, and keeping the sales area organized and well-stocked.

The associate will also process transactions, manage basic customer records,



follow up with potential and existing customers, and collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales on a commission-based structure.
- Candidates should possess basic retail operations skills, such as handling point-of-sale systems, managing cash or digital payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Candidates should possess product presentation and merchandising skills, with attention to detail in display arrangement and store appearance.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple customers and tasks during peak hours.
- Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and resilience, with comfort working toward sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Prior experience in retail fashion or luxury products is beneficial; familiarity with clothing and accessories trends is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; proficiency in English and local languages, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are desirable.
