JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and portion size
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage mise en place and daily food preparation
- Control food cost, wastage and portioning
- Maintain proper stock and storage procedures
- Train and supervise kitchen team members
- Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices
- Maintain recipe standards and kitchen SOPs
- Coordinate with the service, purchase and manageme
Pay: ₹10,210.48 - ₹24,908.49 per month
