We’re looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support daily kitchen operations
- Mise en place & food preparation
- Maintain quality, consistency & presentation
- Follow kitchen, hygiene & food safety SOPs
- Work closely with the FOH team during service
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- IHM / equivalent hospitality graduate
- 1 year experience in Continental cuisine
- Positive food safety & hygiene knowledge
- Fluent English + Hindi or Telugu
- Strong teamwork & communication
