Position : Commi I Pastry

Work Location: Luxury Resort, Maldives

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: USD 350 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and baked products.
- Assist in daily pastry kitchen production while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices in accordance with resort standards.
- Decorate and finish desserts with attractive presentation and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the pastry kitchen at all times.
- Support the pastry team in buffet service, la carte orders, and special event preparations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Commi I Pastry or in a similar pastry role.
- Experience in hotels,



luxury resorts, bakeries, or skilled pastry kitchens is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, dessert, and bread preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
