We’re hiring at AR Paper Co.

I’m looking for a sharp, hands-on E-commerce & Marketplace Growth Executive to join us full-time at our office in 5, Clive Row, Kolkata.

This role is for someone who understands e-commerce beyond just order processing and wants to take real ownership of growing our online business.

The person will be responsible for managing and scaling our presence across:

- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart
- Blinkit / Swiggy Instamart / Zepto
- Shopify
- Instagram and social commerce

We’re specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with:

- Marketplace listing creation and optimisation
- Amazon SEO, keyword research and A Content
- Amazon Ads / PPC and campaign management
- Product launches and marketplace onboarding
- Shopify store management
- Basic SEO and Google Analytics
- Meta / Instagram campaigns
- Pricing, promotions and competitor analysis
- Inventory and catalogue management
- Excel / Google Sheets and performance reporting

More importantly, I want someone who is proactive,



commercially minded and willing to figure things out.

Experience in a D2C brand, FMCG, fashion, Amazon agency or e-commerce agency would be particularly helpful.

Experience: Ideally 2–4 years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

Location: 5, Clive Row, Kolkata

Work Type: Full-time, Work From Office

There will be significant scope to grow with the business as we expand our e-commerce and quick-commerce operations.
