Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recoveries.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the collections process and develop solutions.

- Analyze data using SQL to optimize collection processes, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Design and maintain reports using bot tools to provide insights on collections performance.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Robust understanding of SQL programming language for data analysis.

- Experience with developing and implementing collections strategies that drive results.

- Proficiency in collection using bot or SAAS based platform.

- Familiarity with platforms like Netcore, CleverTap, or MoEngage.
