Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Collection Manager to manage student fee collections, outstanding payments, and recovery operations. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, experience in collections or receivables management, and the ability to handle students, parents, and internal teams professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student fee collection, pending dues, and overdue payments.
- Follow up with students and parents for timely fee payments and installments.
- Develop effective collection and recovery strategies to reduce outstanding dues.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Handle fee-related queries, payment issues, and disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of student payments, receipts, and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Admissions, Counselling, and Operations teams.
- Perform daily collection reconciliation and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection/MIS reports.
- Monitor collection performance, recovery trends, and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate CRM and student payment records.




- Support management in collection forecasting and recovery planning.
- Ensure adherence to company collection policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in collections, fee recovery, receivables, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in handling customers, students, or parents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong MIS and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and collection operations independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from EdTech, Education, Training Institutes, Universities, or Skill Development organizations are preferred.
- Experience in student fee collection or education-sector recovery will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in cash management, centre operations, or admissions support will also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
