- Assess, configure, migrate and validate Jira Software and Confluence in Atlassian Cloud Enterprise.
- Review Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, screens, schemes, permissions, notifications and automation rules.




- Configure approved Jira standards while preserving validated Engineering and business requirements.
- Assess Confluence spaces, pages, attachments, macros, permissions, templates, Team Calendars and application dependencies.
- Prepare target configurations, migration batches, technical workbooks and validation checklists.
- Execute JCMA and CCMA assessments, test migrations, pilot and production waves, reconciliation and defect remediation.
- Migrate all active and archived Jira projects and organise historical projects within the approved Cloud model.
- Provide administrator knowledge transfer, operational documentation and hypercare support.
