We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with robust experience in the Steel / TMT industry to manage sales operations across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers.
n
Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network.
n
Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth.
n
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
n
Identify recent business opportunities and develop new markets.
n
Lead and manage the sales team for the region.
n
Ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.
n
n
Candidate Requirements
n
n
5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory.
n
Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu steel/TMT market.
n
Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management.
n
Valuable communication, negotiation and team management skills.
n
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
n
Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred.
