nAs a Product/Tech Support Engineer at Signzy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the
nsmooth operation of the system by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
nThis role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide
nhigh-quality support, ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions.

n Job Requirements

nExperience in troubleshooting production issues in SaaS / fintech systems.
nStrong understanding of REST APIs, request/response handling, and hands-on experience with Postman.
nBasic knowledge of n8n workflows & JavaScript ( like conditions, functions etc..) for debugging.
nComfortable working with Linux environments, logs, and basic scripting.
nUnderstanding of networking concepts (TCP/UDP, IP whitelisting/blacklisting).
nBasic exposure to cloud (AWS IAM, S3) and SSL/TLS certificate management.
nFamiliarity with observability tools (Kibana, Gra
