Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for GCC and Arab countries
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels
Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process efficiently
Building solid networks and talent pipelines for Gulf-based roles
Ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and visa requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gulf hiring
Robust knowledge of GCC recruitment trends
Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
