Job Title: Steward / Team Member

Location: The Irish House (Bandra or Powai)

Job Summary:

The Steward / Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. The role involves assisting guests, handling orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience in a lively pub setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, explain items, and take food & beverage orders
Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times
Assist in clearing tables and resetting for recent guests
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per company policy
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
Handle basic guest queries and escalate complaints when required
Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:




Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality background preferred)
0–2 years of experience in restaurants, pubs, or hotels
Valuable communication skills (basic English preferred)
Customer-focused attitude with a positive personality
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a willingness to learn

Salary Range (India – Approx.):
₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience & location)
