Job Role: Senior Network Engineer-Walkin Drive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations across our global enterprise network. This role requires strong operational expertise in Cisco networking technologies especially Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, LAN Switching and Meraki—along with the ability to troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN issues, maintain network stability, and support ongoing enhancements
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive in identifying issues, and capable of driving operational excellence in a rapid-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
BAU Operations & Support
- manage daily network operations, incident resolution, and service requests across LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure
- .Perform advanced troubleshooting for network outages, performance degradation, and configuration errors
- .Monitor network health using Cisco DNAC, Meraki Dashboard, and other monitoring tools
- .Ensure timely resolution of P1/P2 incidents and provide root cause analysis (RCA)

- Manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) including
- Authentication/Authorization policies (802.1X, MAB
- Profiling, guest access, Live logs analysis and Tshoot

- Operate and maintain Cisco DNAC for Network Assurance & Client Health monitoring

Meraki Network Operations (Mandatory
- Administer Meraki MX, MS, and MR devices
- Review and optimize Meraki AutoVPN, traffic shaping, SD-Internet policies
- Maintain Meraki wireless networks, SSIDs, and guest access policies
- Perform dashboard analytics review and report
