Design, implement, and manage secure LAN/WAN enterprise networks.
Configure and administer firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
Manage IPsec and SSL VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote-access connectivity.
Monitor and analyze network traffic using SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, Wireshark and other tools.
Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and optimization of network performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ISPs, and vendors to ensure network availability and SLA compliance.
Manage IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, and other security systems.
Document network topology, configurations, changes, compliance reports, and SOPs.
Support VoIP, CUCM, IP Telephony, and wireless network settings.
Ensure adherence to security best practices, regulatory compliance, and change management processes.
