Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
Own partner onboarding documentation and verification workflows
Build and maintain attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems
Draft offer letters, agreements, and employment documentation
Coordinate training and orientation for recent hires across hubs
Support culture-building initiatives, team rituals, recognition, and feedback loops
