Sometimes progress isn't a breakthrough. It's a 19-year-old going quiet for a moment, and then saying: "I think I keep avoiding difficult conversations."
We're building a coaching bench at Let's Enterprise, and we're looking for people who know how to make that moment possible.
WHY THIS WORK EXISTS
Let's Enterprise runs The Working BBA, a three-year degree where the real work is the curriculum. Students run projects for real companies, do real apprenticeships, and leave with a portfolio rather than a transcript.
All of that produces experience. Coaching is where a student makes sense of it. Without it, they're walking the journey without noticing why they're on it. Coaching is the part that turns experience into self-awareness, clarity and ownership.
WHAT YOU'D DO
You'd coach students one to one through the Career Blueprint, a structured journey where they build self-awareness around their strengths, motivations, values, patterns and career direction.
- Run 45-minute one-to-one sessions, followed by 15 minutes of documentation. One session is one billable hour.
- Record with consent, upload the transcript, and file a session summary with action points within 48 hours.
- Carry the thread forward. Every session hands on five things: the goal, the decision, the decision point, the next steps, and the quality parameter. That thread is what makes a student's journey feel continuous even when the coach changes.
- Flag, don't fix. If a student gets emotional, asks you directly for guidance, or raises something that belongs with a counsellor, you name it and escalate to us.
- Join a monthly calibration with our team.
We keep scheduling, student follow-up,
quality review and escalation. You coach, and you document.
HOW WE COACH
Bring your own personality and methods. The philosophy underneath them is shared.
- Coaching is about the future. The student brings the agenda. You're a thinking partner, not a mentor and not a counsellor. We say that out loud at the start of every session.
- Silence is a tool, not a gap. Ask, then wait. The second answer is usually the honest one.
- "What else?" is the hook question. Ask it, then stay quiet.
- When you do want to give input, name the switch: "I'm coming out of coach mode now." Advice is a signposted exception, never a leak.
- A positive session leaves a student thinking, setting their own priorities, and starting to frame a decision. They should end lighter and clearer than they started.
We'll train you in our own tool repertoire, built on top of your ICF grounding and shaped for this age group.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- ICF certified, or actively working toward it. The credential matters less to us than the practice behind it.
- You can resist the urge to solve. This is the hardest skill in the job and the one we screen hardest for.
- You're comfortable with 18-to-22-year-olds, or genuinely curious about becoming so.
Identity and career anxiety show up differently at this age than they do with working professionals.
- You know where coaching stops. A student in real distress is a moment to hold briefly, name the boundary, and escalate. This one isn't negotiable.
NICE TO HAVE
- Years of direct coaching or mentoring with people in this age group
- A documentation habit you already keep, rather than one you'd have to build
- Experience being supervised, or trained into somebody else's method
- Marathi or Hindi alongside English
One more thing, and we mean it kindly: we look for a low need to impress. The session isn't about how good the coach is.
THE ENGAGEMENT
Part-time, remote, and paid per session. You'd need to be India-based with a full working overlap on IST, because sessions are scheduled around a student's day.
Sessions pay ₹2,500 to ₹5,000, depending on which year group you coach. Year 1 is listening and sense-making. Year 3 is sharper decision work, and pays at the top of that range. Every student gets four mandatory sessions a year plus two optional ones, so this is designed as a continuing engagement rather than a run of one-off conversations.
We're building the bench on a rolling basis, so we'd rather meet you now than wait until a slot opens.
HOW TO APPLY
Write to
[email protected] with your coaching profile or CV, and an answer to one question, in under 200 words: tell us about a session where you really wanted to jump in with your own answer, and didn't. What did you do instead, and what happened?
We read that answer before anything else.
