ChefCoat Biryani is looking for a Franchise Development Co-Founder.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who can take ownership of franchise expansion and development and help build ChefCoat Biryani into a scalable multi-city franchise brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Franchise Expansion Strategy
- Identify and acquire potential franchise partners
- Build a strong franchise sales pipeline
- Manage franchise enquiries, meetings and negotiations
- Develop new city & market opportunities
- Build franchise partnerships and strategic relationships
- Support franchise onboarding and expansion
- Create systems for scalable franchise development

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in Franchise Development / Franchise Sales
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Understanding of QSR / Food / Restaurant franchise business
- Strong business development mindset




- Ability to independently build and scale the franchise network
- Entrepreneurial attitude with long-term commitment
