Role Description The Co-Founder role at Buy3x is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves overseeing core business functions, including strategic planning, product direction, and operational execution for global e-commerce initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, refining business models, managing key partnerships, and guiding sales and marketing efforts.

The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology, customer experience, and growth strategies, while maintaining strong governance and performance metrics.



This position also includes fundraising support, team hiring and leadership, and continuous improvement of processes to scale the business effectively.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and clear written and verbal expression.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building customer or partner relationships.
- Marketing skills, including developing go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and digital campaign oversight.
- Research skills to explore recent markets, customer segments, competitive landscapes, and potential product opportunities.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, technology startups, or high-growth businesses is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or entrepreneurial experience are an advantage.
