TeepiTaap Beverages is at an exciting stage — we’ve built the foundation, validated the opportunity, and are now looking to bring in two exceptional people to join us as Co-Founders and build the next generation of Indian beverage brands.
This is not a traditional job.
These are Co-Founder roles with investment and meaningful equity participation.
We are opening 2 Co-Founder positions:
1️⃣ Co-Founder & CEO
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the business end-to-end and work closely with the existing founding team to build TeepiTaap into a scalable FMCG company.
You will own
- Overall business strategy & execution
- P&L; and financial discipline
- Team building & leadership
- Brand and business growth
- Fundraising & investor relationships
- Partnerships and strategic opportunities
- Building systems that can take the company from early-stage → scale
Ideal profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
- Experience building/leading a business, startup, or high-growth function
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Ability to operate hands-on in an early-stage environment
- Willingness to invest capital and commit meaningfully to the journey

2️⃣ Co-Founder & Chief Sales Officer
We’re looking for a sales-first operator who can build TeepiTaap’s distribution engine from the ground up.
You will own
- GTM and sales strategy
- Distributor & super-stockist network
- General Trade / Modern Trade expansion
- Institutional & alternate channels
- Sales team building
- Market expansion across cities
- Revenue, distribution & secondary sales
- Building a scalable FMCG sales playbook
Ideal profile
- Strong FMCG / beverage sales & distribution experience
- Deep understanding of Indian retail ecosystems
- Existing distributor/retailer relationships are a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build territories and teams
- Highly execution-oriented and comfortable working at ground level
- Willingness to invest capital and build alongside the founding team
? Investment & Ownership
Both positions are investment-based Co-Founder roles.
We are currently onboarding Co-Founders at our Pre-Seed valuation, giving the right individuals an opportunity to come in early, invest alongside the existing founders, and participate meaningfully in the upside they help create.
